Where We Work

KickStart was established in 1991 in Nairobi, Kenya. Our Nairobi office still coordinates the activities of our other offices in Tanzania and Mali. In addition to the countries with offices, we also partner with other organizations throughout Africa.

In late 2001, KickStart International registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit in the United States and established a new fundraising and collaboration office in San Francisco, California. Our San Francisco office now serves as our worldwide headquarters.
