KickStart is pleased to announce that it has received funding from the Kiwanis International Foundation for ongoing operations in the Tipping Point Area of Kenya (the region between Eldoret and Kitale). KickStart is using this funding to support normal operations in the area with an eye towards the effect that KickStart technologies have on children.

In the past five months, with the help of Kiwanis International, KickStart has helped 3,065 people out of poverty forever and has helped 876 children attend school in the Tipping Point Area, a region that was heavily impacted by the post election violence of 2008.
