For nearly 20 years, Mr. Grace has been involved in all aspects of non-profit management in both operating and grant-making foundations. In addition to his role at GDP Global Group, he oversees the philanthropic activities of his extended family, which has been actively engaged in philanthropy for four generations. In this capacity, Mr. Grace is Chairman of the Board of Grace Institute, a tuition-free school for women in New York, and President of the Santa Maria and Sarita Kenedy East Foundations. Patrick serves on the boards of a substantial number of other nonprofits, including KickStart International, Inc., The Cardinal Suenens Center at John Carroll University, Citizens Against Government Waste, the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding, Flax Trust International, Friends of Forum 2000, the College of Mount Saint Vincent, the Catholic Youth Organization, and Catholic Charities Community Services (Archdiocese of New York). He also has provided ad hoc support to other non-profit ventures such as Millennium Promise, Accion International, Grace Outreach, Pro Mujer and Mercy Center. The bulk of Mr. Grace's professional experience was in financial and general management roles at W. R. Grace & Co. He was President of Grace Logistics, an operating company with responsibility for Grace's $5 billion global supply chain throughout 70 countries. He was a liberal arts major at the University of Notre Dame and holds an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
